Housing costs are rising nationwide, and Long Island is no exception. Millennials on Long Island find it increasingly difficult to buy a home, let alone pay rent. This project explores revitalizing downtown villages and examines the role local governments play to ensure Long Island can remain vibrant and economically sustainable for the future.
